How to make QR codes in bulk

    1. Paste one link or text per line, or a CSV exported from a spreadsheet. With a header row, the column called url, link, content, text or data becomes the code, and filename, name, id or sku names the file.
    2. Pick a style. Every code in the batch gets the same one.
    3. Press Download ZIP. Up to 1,000 codes are drawn in your browser and zipped on your device.

Files without a name column are numbered in list order and named after their content, like 001-example-com-menu.png. Characters that are not allowed in file names are replaced, and duplicates get -2, -3. Quoted CSV fields with commas or line breaks are handled, and comma, semicolon and tab separators are all detected.

    Frequently asked questions

    Is there a limit?

1,000 codes per batch, to keep the browser responsive. Split longer lists into several batches.

    Is my spreadsheet uploaded?

No. The file is read and the ZIP is built in this tab; the data never leaves your device.

Can each code have a different style?

Not in one batch. Run separate batches for different styles, or style one-off codes in the workshop.
